At Levan’s catering, we understand that each wedding menu should be unique. What might be the perfect seated menu for one bride might not work for another. It is important to us that each of our seated wedding menus are diverse and represent a broad range of types and menu styles. From the menu and its presentation to the wedding decor we make sure that every detail is considered as we work with you to plan your event. While we have many menu options, we want to make sure that your experience is perfect. * Levan’s Seated Wedding Menu Plannercan be used to create your seated menu from scratch or to mix match and substitute items from the sample menus provided. Our seated wedding menu planner was designed to nurture the creative process. However, in case you find it a little overwhelming we’ve added a sample planner was well as sample menus. Your final menus selections are based on a series of meetings and taste tests with a Levan’s coordinator.
* Winter Wedding Seated Menu – Sample Menu 1. The passed hors d’oeuvres for the winter wedding seated menu include choices from shrimp shooters, skewered teriyaki breast of chicken, mini beef wellington and bacon wrapped almond dates. The seated dinner menu includes a Mediterranean salad, 4 oz choice beef tenderloin filets, brandied chicken breasts and mushrooms, rosemary garlic potatoes and grilled Tuscan vegetables.
* Traditional Seated Wedding Menu – Sample Menu 2 starts with homemade cocktail meatballs, mini chicken quesadilla, presentation of domestic cheeses and a presentation of fresh seasonal fruits. The seated menu is a tossed garden salad, 4 oz fillet mignon choice of chicken marsala, sautéed chicken scaloppini served with double-stuffed cheddar potatoes and steamed broccoli seasoned with fresh herbs.
* Northern Wedding Seated Menu – Sample Menu 3 This seated menu starts with crimini mushrooms stuffed with brie and walnuts, cajun chicken with mustard dip and smoked salmon and dill madeleine. The dinner serves Mediterranean orzo salad, bacon wrapped petite filet mignon, black pepper & Romano seared grouper, roasted butternut squash, parmesan crusted mashed red potatoes.
